Packet Technologies communicates directly with end-users. Once an end-user opportunity has been identified, we will work directly with the customer (or via a nominated Reseller) to develop and close the opportunity.
In this way customers are able to get direct, qualified in-depth technical and commercial assistance and design, as well as the best fit and cost-effective outcome.
We can arrange consulting, design, proof of concept, product delivery, installation & training. This may include product training, joint sales calls, and working as a liaison between the Reseller and Vendor.
We can provide an outcome for the customer based on their actual requirements, as a technology partner; not a reseller, consultant, or distributor, but as the Vendor.
